Honors Scholar

The Honors Scholar designation recognizes academically motivated current and transfer students who wish to engage in Honors coursework and experiences with greater flexibility than the University Honors Scholar track.
Honors Scholars participate in select Honors courses and activities that emphasize critical thinking, discussion‑based learning, and academic enrichment. This pathway allows students to benefit from the Honors learning environment while balancing other academic, professional, or co‑curricular commitments.

To graduate with Honors Scholar distinction, students must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 and complete all Honors curriculum requirements. Students are encouraged to actively participate and engage in the Honors community.
