The Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology prepares students for entry-level employment in information technology by emphasizing the practical application of computing skills in professional environments. The program focuses on developing foundational technical competencies needed to support and maintain modern computing systems.

The curriculum combines coursework in programming, computing systems, and networking with general education and communication skills. Students gain hands-on experience working with hardware, software, and data through applied coursework designed to support real-world technology environments. The program is designed to be completed in two years.

Graduates are prepared for entry-level positions in information technology support, junior technical roles, and related applied computing fields.

3. Communicate effectively in a variety of professional contexts.
4. Recognize professional responsibilities and make informed judgments in computing practice based on legal and ethical principles.
