This graduate certificate is ideal for educators seeking to deepen their expertise in special education and take on leadership roles as instructional specialists, special education coordinators, or consultants. Participants will be prepared to make significant contributions to the field of special education and improve the educational experiences of students with diverse learning needs.

- Students will demonstrate advocacy with parents and the community in responding to the varying abilities and behaviors of exceptional learners.
- Students will discover how to create Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP) and (Individualized Education Plans) (IEP) goals and objectives to impact individuals.
