Upon completion of the Associate of Applied Science degree in Banking Services, a graduate will be able to:
- Demonstrate introductory financial accounting and accounting cycle in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Record financial transactions.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Define professional behaviors to apply in the field of business.
- Demonstrate professional level of written and verbal communication.
- Build a strong code of personal ethics to apply in a professional position.
- Execute proficiency of Microsoft Office Suites.
- Display competency in word processing and presentation software
- Apply extension knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.
- Identify basic banking principles.
- Illustrate command of daily teller and branch operations.
- Link all levels of loan operations.
- Build a strong legal foundation of banking and financial regulation.
