The Certificate or Proficiency (CP) in Training and Organizational Development includes undergraduate instruction in personnel management, the application of adult learning theory in organizations, organizational change, training, and organizational development. This program is designed for individuals in various organizational roles who desire to improve their skills in the areas of employee training/performance, organizational change, organizational coaching, or to pivot their careers toward an HROD field.

Upon program completion:

• students will articulate a plan for lifelong learning for self-awareness, leadership, and ethical development;
