The Certificate of Proficiency (CP) in Workforce Supervision is designed to provide individuals in front-line leadership positions with current content in balancing the requirements for high work performance with the workforce's diverse needs. The emerging leader preparing to take on a supervisory role for the first time and who is responsible for translating an organization's vision, mission, and objectives to first-level or departmental employees or those that want to enhance their effectiveness as a current team leader.
