Students who complete the program will:
- Demonstrate mastery of the psychomotor and affective competencies as outlined by 2015 MAERB Core Curriculum
- Demonstrate evidence-based practice and use of research and theoretical knowledge to help determine best practice and apply that knowledge in practice.
- Demonstrate appropriate care for and use of profession-specific technology.
- Demonstrate consideration for the unique cultural, generational, socioeconomic, and geographic characteristics of an individual and family when providing medical assistance to the patient.
- Participate in community service.
- Demonstrate professional characteristics and behaviors according to the AAMA Code of Ethics and the Scope of Practice as it pertains to the Arkansas State Medical Board Regulations.
